	Dominic A. Soave, co-founder, has been a successful owner / operator in the private sector for over twenty-five years. He heads up the company's project financing and operations, management and sales. Dominic is recognized throughout the industry for his ability to liase with municipal governments and for his commitment to West Coast developments.
	Arden T. Sauer, Administrator, has acquired 22 years of accounting, administration and management skills through her entrepreneurial pursuits as well as employment in key positions throughout private sector businesses. Her attention to detail, efficiency and commitment to a job well done bring a valued link to the Taina team.
	Carmen Tobias brings 30 years of Entrepreneurial Skills to the Taina team. He has Owned / Operated an IT Integration and Support Company for the past 17 years, as well as Owned / Operated a Property Management / Development company for the past 30 years. As a network technician he is constantly exploring new technologies and since 1996 has ensured that the Taina team has benefited from leading edge IT Infrastructure. This includes the Taina Business Systems division, which is one of the first Certified Canadian Dealers of Control4 wireless home automation systems.
	Nino Celella joined the TBS Automation team in 2007. A CEDIA member since 2002 Nino has an extensive background in Computer Sciences as well as an Audio Engineering degree from the Trebas Institute in Vancouver. Nino has earned the CEDIA Certified Professional Installer 2 Accreditation and currently holds an LO Class Electrical Certification and is a certified Electrical Field Safety Representative. Nino brings over 20 years of AV and Electronics experience and expertise to the TBS Team.
	Eddie Celella - All state electronics pro two years all American. Specializing In the Cinema Arts Eddie rose to a new level creating short films for local and national film festivals all over the world. His desire for the perfect edit continued for several years and was finally rewarded with his award winning Films A Baby Story, The Move and A Wedding Story. A new challenge then arose when he began a lucrative career with Sound and Soul Studios. As President and General Manager he also took on the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Lead Advertising Agent, Assistant Sound Engineer and Stock Boy and as part of the team helped created the most successful Studio in the Sea to Sky Corridor! His passion for media excellence is second to none and he continues to strive for perfection in his newest endeavor the automation world. Eddie's positive outlook and great passion is only surpassed by his knowledge of cutting edge technology and endless supply of fresh new ideas. Eddie will be a great asset to the TBS Automation team and looks forward to the road ahead. Also culinary arts red seal 1994.

The Taina team is comprised of an energetic group of planners, project managers, creative design staff and administrators. They exercise a professional approach to cost effective project development.
